At Gorcott Miniature donkeys every foal starts ‘nursery school’ from the day they are born, we handle them daily, brushing and touching them all over, picking out their feet and they get used to wearing a little head collar. After a few days we start leading them around with their mothers, getting them used to walking and teaching them good manners.

Every Gorcott Miniature Donkey is loved and cared for as though it was the only one, we are not big breeders, and we like to give each donkey lots of attention and love, every day.
